UNTITLED (PHOTOBOOTH PHOTOGRAPHY). UNIQUE WORK. 1978

19 x 14cm original artist-chosen frame content of an original period photo-booth work by Sprinkle (four serial b/w images from a commercial photo-booth with added “bubble” text and colour to lips and nipples). The work is dedicated to Charles (Chaz) Gatewood tyhe famous photogrpaher who Sprinkle here nortes as her “mentor” and wishes him “all the breast” (sic). An unique work by the porn star later turned Fluxus artist. It is worth noting that Sprinkle used to take change from the Hustler office (a porn mag) and shoot erotic photobooth series for publication in the magazine – this is such a work. Fine estate.
