One of 5,000 numbered copies (on the reverse) which was also reproduced on the magazine cover. This is signed by rubber stamp impression by the artist along with the blind stamp of the publisher on the left, overleaf a short text has the stamped number. VG+.

24.5 x 21cm, 1pp black and red publishers letter explaining that the artist had authorised the rubber stamp impression as the form of signature just before her unexpected death. Signed by the secretary of the company. Some creases and closed tears to the letter which has been folded in the past.
