Standard 12 inch LP in full colour sleeve with an image of the poet/artist. The record is one of 30 on blue vinyl with a number of different performers carrying out sound art and poetry by Blaine. The cover is signed on the front by the artist in red felt tipped pen ink and there is an offset lithographic image of the poet wearing a mask and with other details verso, found inside the sleeve. As noted one of only 30 – unplayed mint in like sleeve.
