38 x 38cm (large format) outer folder with four inserts each 38 x 38cm with applied collage (a folded paper airplane by Baj) in such a way that each consecutive plane appears to be flying over the page. Opposite each collage is a printed concrete text by Heidsieck. Paper is heavy card. One the first inner page of the cover is a paper envelope containing a 7 inch single (45rpm) of the title sound poem Portrait-Petales on one side.

This is one of 30 special edition copies which is signed and numbered by both Heidsieck and Baj on a colophon sheet aside from the normal edition of 120 copies without the collages.

This copy has some general light marking to the outside white folder and one small mark on the half-title page else VG+. The spine is slightly folded but that is typical of the entire edition. Very scarce.
