Edinburgh: Ingleby Gallery, 2016
21 x 15cm, 4pp printed outer folder with flag containing a 17. 5 x 12.5cm, 2pp posthumous artist card PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BOATS which was first published in 1966. The card was reprinted for the exhibition by Michael Hamish Glen on the original letterpress 50 years later from its first printing. Because of the posthumous nature of this work we have retained it in the invitation card section of this catalogue VG+.

Glasgow: Seebed Press, 2015
15 x 21cm, 52pp in embossed and printed thick boards, string bound. A cataloguing of the works commissioned by the European Association of Archaeologists Glasgow up to 2015. Works include the Boyle Family, Thomas Joshua Cooper and Catherine Mooney, Kate Downie as well as Finlay's ALL GREATNESS STANDS FIRM IN THE STORM from 1990 where the text in Greek (a translated quotation by Heidegger from Plato's Republic) was inscribed in both languages on the granite pillars of the Old Caledonian Railway Bridge over the River Clyde. The site specific work clearly emphasises the structure and its solidity over the centuries. One colour image of the work is reproduced. VG+.

20 x 245.5cm, unpaginated, Original card covers, Photographic record of one afternoon at Little Sparta where Finlay sailed his toy boats on the Loch. Black and white photographs throughout. This is one of 50 numbered copies with a signed and editioned b/w photograph of the boats appended aside from the edition of 300 copies. VG+ in unopened plastic wrapping.

This publication was produced for the London exhibition DEFINITIONS and was a limited edition of 250 copies. Clearly Finlay had died 5 years earlier so it's status as an artist's book is moot but we have retained the classification. VG+
