The front of the card has a full colour image of Beuys on a bicycle next to boxes of FIU wine (a portrait taken by Buby Durini during the "Scultura Vino F.I.U. Happening" that took place in Düsseldorf, 1983. Internally is a detachable subscription card for the book. VG+. ...

15.2 x 20.cm, 2pp announcement card for for the "Defense of Nature" event/aktion where Beuys planted thousands of trees to reclaim land from man's ill-effects on the landscape. This is one of two related cards here with an image from the action of workers holding up a banner with the title of the event. This example is signed by Beuys in red felt tipped pen. VG+.

B/w image of the wine and box on the front which has been signed in red felt tipped pen and stamped twice by Beuys with FIU impressions in red and blue....

Stuttgart: Galerie Brigitte March, 1983 11 x 15.5cm, printed card envelope doubling as exhibition invitation, content of two photos printed on glassine paper - both 13.4 x 18.4cm, Apocalisse nel deserto (by Agnetti) and Titus Andronicus / Iphigenie (by Beuys) Envelope stamped with oversized Hauptstrom rubber stamp impression (possibly offset printed). Stuttgart: Galerie Brigitte March, 1983 16.3 x 23cm, 2pp announcement card envelope promoting Agnetti's "La Cultura Dimenticata quasi a Memoria" (Culture Almost Forgotten by Memory) and Joseph Beuys' "Wirtschaftswerte" - also known as the Economic Value goods where Beuys displayed non-branded goods from Eastern Germany to promote the idea that the economy does not need the advertising and competition between overpriced items. This is a mailed example with stamps and frankings and has a red rubber stamp impression of the Haupstom stamp. This card was hand address to Lucrezia De Domizio. Some slight creasing to edges but overall VG. ...

Frankfurt am Main: Städtische Galerie im Städel, 1983 30 x21cm, 4pp announcement for a solo show with a major sculpture "Bergkonig 1958 - 1961" in bronze. Originally planned in 1958, it is an early work by Beuys with a "crown" above a mass that suggests a fallen figure (perhaps having been decapitated). Five b/w images of the work (including a sketch and painting) along with a text in German by Klaus Gallwitz and a biography of the artist with a small portrait. This example has been rubber stamped with a Haupstrom stamp in blue and signed in pencil on the front by Beuys. VG+....
