On the occasion of the World Climate Congress "Climate and Development" that started in Hamburg on November 7, 1988, the motif was put up on all advertising columns in the Hanseatic city and in Frankfurt to once again draw attention to the impending climate catastrophe, in which the manufacturers of CFCs are significantly involved.
