42.4 x 28cm, 1pp b/w artist deigned poster issued during a relatively early in conceptual art show. This is a very scarce Weiner item but sadly not in perfect condition - folded for storage, couple of small pin holes and two brown marks along folds else VG. Priced thus.

Amsterdam: de Appel, 1982 21 x 13cm, folded leaflet/poster which opens up to 42 x 26cm. Announcement/programme and small poster for Weiner's 28 minute film staged on his house boat with 12 small b/w film stills on the back with texts in Dutch and English and a single colour image on the open side. Very good +. Scarce Weiner ephemera.

Koln: Galerie Michael Werner, 1992 60 x 42cm, single printed sheet with an image of a sculpture of a hound by Immendorff and a blue rubber stamp impression "Der Hund stößt im Laufe der Woche zu mir" ("The dog will join me during the week"). Gallery details at the bottom of the sheet. An announcement in form of a poster. Folded many times for posting as issued.

68.5 x 32.5 c bllack and orange offset poster for a series of musical performances organised by F. Sargentini. Participants include Salamat Ali Khan, M. Balamurali Krishna, Charlemagne Palestine, La Monte Young, B. Swarnamukhi, and Joan Jonas. Exceptionally rare poster for this event bringing modern and ancient music together. Some small in holes in corners, minor handling creases leaving slight light areas on front else VG. As noted very rare.

29.8 x 19.7cm, b/w offset lithographic poster for a night of music and dance featuring Simone Forte and Charlemagne Palestine. The full sheet image is of Forti performing solo. The bottom right corner of the poster is torn away and there is a paper scuff on the left corner and tiny scuffs on the top corners else VG. Scarce.

N.p. (Rome): L'Attico, 1973 33.5 x 19cm, b/w offset lithographic poster on thick paper for a solo dance event by the influential Paxton who invented the dance style called "contact improvisation". The performance took place at the famous L'Attico art gallery in its original location. Paxton was a founding member of the Judson Dance Theater and trained with Merce Cunningham and later collaborated with Yvonne Rainer and Trisha Brown. VG+ condition. Scarce.

NYC: New York Avant Garde Festival, 1971

73 x 37cm, full colour publicity poster for Moorman's annual festival featuring over 200 artists (all named on the poster) and offering performances and shows in all the artistic disciplines. The festival was based in the 69th Regiment Infantry Armory in Manhattan. The poster has various red hand applied rubber stamp impressions.

This is a mailed and folded copy of the poster. Very good condition although folded for mailing. This is one of the more difficult posters to find.

>42 x 30cm, b/w xerox print - displaying a design by the Fluxus artist which is clearly inspired by the wonderful architecture of Koln cathedral. This poster was displayed during an exhibition at Galerie A in Amsterdam in 1986 and Hansen has signed and dated it in ink bottom right. The poster has been folded for storage but other than some waviness often found in large xerox prints it is in very good condition. Probably unique.

NYC: Socialist States of Belgium in exile, n.d. 28 x 21cm, 1pp. Offset leaflet which was published by the so called "Socialist States of Belgium in exile" and promoting an evening of films by Louis Lacille Lenglet who is noted here as a "Belgium Provo, moviemaker and U editor" "with the co-operation of Aggression Art Inc./Third Rail Gallery" alongside films by Jon Hendricks and Fluxus works by Poppy Johnson, Al Hansen, Darlene Butlich, Anya Robbins, Maryann Zaccone and Jean Toche. An unusual event where the political European tradition coming out of the events taking place in the Netherlands and Belgium met the new radical arts found in the Fluxus movement. A rare document indeed. Formerly folded but else VG.

28 x 33cm. Offset lithographic poster for a theatre event in Ben's Centre D'Art Total on 27th March 1964 which includes "20 happenings", action poems by Ben and Pierre Pontani and an experimental musical concert which included jazz and classical music. Formerly folded but overall VG+. Scarce.
