A continuous early run of this important art journal that was initiated from Stephane Elizabeth from her  Galerie les Contemporains, along with her son Stepháne and daughter Anne-Marie.  The first issue (included here) was published on the occasion of the Düsseldorf Art Fair in October 1973. Contributions are from by Jospeh Beuys (2 covers), Marcel Broodthaers (3 covers), André Cadere, Charlier, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Anne and Patrick Poirier, Ulay & Marina Abramovic, Ian Hamilton Finlay and others.

Early numbers of this journal are hard to find and this early run is not available elsewhere that we know of.

21 x 30cm, 12pp plus crd covers. The prospectus issued in advance for the co-project between Jason Rhoades and Peter Bonde for the 48th Venice Biennale where the artists planned to transform the Danish pavilion in Venice into a stock car course with real American stock cars, sound effects and film projections. Full colour images of stock cars and plans for the pavilion. This is far scarcer than the later published report on the work albeit there is not much detail of the actual final work. VG+.

20 x 21cm, unpaginated (c.72pp) plus boards. Monograph on Christo's early "Packages" works with texts in English, French and Italian by David Bourdon, Otto Hahn, and Pierre Restany alongside many b/w and colour images of works including the early storefront installations. VG+. Scarce.

28 x 21cm, 1pp black on white offset. A Flux Newsletter circulated by Maciunas to friends and others on his mailing list with the programme for the title performance.

The programme lists two parts to the evening's performances - the first a collective work by Ay-o, Dan Lauffer, Maciunas, Cheiko Shiomi, Ben Vautier, Bob Watts, Bici and Geoff Hendricks who each initiated a different paper action (ripping, crumpling, turning pages of a book) to a metronome and following an Olivetti adding machine paper roll.

The second is entitled "Kill Paper, Not People" and the score is reproduced - with Ay-o dressed in a Sumurai suit of armour firing arrows at a large sheet of paper with consequent actions.  VG+. An early Fluxus document.

Small red and white pills - filled with sugar "placebo" mix - which were dropped onto the gallery floor from a machine during the artist's large scale exhibition at the gallery.
