11 x 15.5cm semi-transparent printed envelope content of three 10.5 x 15cm, 2pp artist postcard and a 10.5 x 15cm, 1pp sheet of 3 adhesive cinderella stamps with a "Nul = O" design.

In 1966 the Nul Gruppe (Armando, Jan Hendrikse, Henk Peeters, Jan Schoonhoven) proposed a major installation Zero op Zee where works by the Dutch artists would be presented along with related artists from Europe, America, and Japan. The event would take place on the Pier of Scheveningen. It was never realised.

As part of an exhibition in Amsterdam in 2012, Henk Peeters created three photo-montages based on the original plans and also a small set of cinderella stamps.

The cards and the stamps were released as a limited edition, in an envelope.

The cards and stamps are in VG++ condition but the envelope has a closed tear of about 5cm on the back and other small flaws. Very scarce item.

27.5 x 21cm, 8pp plus silver paper covers with die cut hole on front to allow the number 0 to be seen. The first number of this important artist's journal issued by the NUL = 0 group - and edited by Armando, Hans Peeters, Hermann de Vries. Arnhem, and Hans de Vries and with contributions by Aubertin, Kasper, Otto Piene, Sacha Sosnovsky, Herman Mack, Gerhard Uecker, Yves Klein and others. Four pages of b/w photographs of works and artists. Texts in Dutch. Some wear to the outside wrappers else VG. Rare.

30.5 x 10cm, heavy beige cardstock folded to form a 10 x 10cm, 6pp card in the format of 10 x 10 cm. The centre of the card's 'triptych' features a collaged element: an irregular circle of tiny glittering glass beads on a bed of glue. The card has a handwritten dedication on the reverse ("best wishes for 1964", in German) and is signed by Herman de Vries. In very fine condition.

15 x 15cm, 4pp printed outer folded content of a 15 x 15cm, 1pp silkscreen plastic overlay which can be moved over the printed inner image to create a "moving" concrete visual poem or an optical work. There is a short biography of WIlding internally.

The work also acts as an annoucnement card for the solo show of optical works. One slight mark on the outer folder else VG+. Scarce.

Krefeld: Museum Haus Lange, 1970 - 1975

A collection of 88 announcement cards from the important German museum which covers the entire five year period of 1970 - 1975 and may be a full collection, certainly very few would be missing if any.

There are some interesting and unusual cards here - in particular the Christo card printed on the fabric utilised in the wrapping used for the wrapped walkways.

All cards from the period 1970 to are 29.6 x 21cm, 2pp or 4pp with typically a text on one side and a large image in b/w or colour on the other (although this varies) additionally some have unusual materials. All have die-cut ring holes for storing in a ring binder as issued.
