This is an uber-rare item - hardly any exist on the open market. This example has been folded twice for storage has a rust mark on the front right of the cover in a white area, slight wear to left of back cover with browning along fold lines but is overall VG. Impossible to find on sale outside of a complete run of the periodical and even then hardly at all.
