12 x 21.2cm, 1pp black on beige paper - an unused label created by Vautier to assign the status of "art" to any item it was attached to by the artist. A famous Fluxus item. One corner missing top left to the sheet else VG but a scarce very early Fluxus item.

43 x 55.8cm, b/w offset lithographic poster for a Fluxus performance with a striking typographic design by George Maciunas with black text in very small type occupying a tiny square in the centre of the white sheet.  The text lists collective compositions by the "Fluxgroup" entitled 'kill paper not people'. Participants listed include A-yo, Bici and Geoff Hendricks, Milan Knizak, Paul Sharits, Mieko Shiomi, Ben Patterson, Ben Vautier, Bob Watts, Michael J. Allen, Danny Baumbach, J. S. Baumbach, John Benedict, Earnie Gehr, Fred Gratzon, Richard Howe, Dan Lauffer, Amos Nash, Haig Oundjuin, Martk Peltz, Tom de Pew, Gunthan Rooda, Michael Singer, Charles Strouchler and others. Poster folded three times. Minor creasing, some browning along folds, else a clean copy.

7.5 x 12cm, 2pp. Artist designed posstcard with the title text in English and in French. This was one of Ben's most important Fluxus works issued as his argument that his signature was enough to indicate something was art. This was a mailed example (although no stamp or franking) tp a Mr Pei Chen Owyang in NYC. VG+. Scarce.

30 x 21cm, printed outer folder content of loose signatures (14pp) plus 2pp addendum by Henry Flynt.

A theoretical tract by Vautier on painting and his fellow artists including Mosset and Boltanski, texts on "being against art" and an interview. Typical of Ben's practice at the time the publication was intended to create debate (and was even a provocation).
