Exhibition catalogue and guide to Glasgow Museum's somewhat flawed (and West Coast centric) survey of 25 years of Scottish contemporary art. First volume is entitled Guide and has individual sections on artists such as Charles Avery, Clare Barclay, Beagles &#38; Ramsay, Christine Borland, Martin Boyce, Steven Campbell, Graham Fagen, Katy Dove, Douglas Gordon, Kenny Hunter, Callum Innes, Jim Lambie, Tessa Lynch, Jonathan Monk, Toby Paterson, David Shrigley, Alison Watt, Richard Wright amongst others. Each artist has a text and one colour imag33e of a work. The second volume is entitled Reader and contains essays and original texts by the artists. Both VG+ in like slipecase.]]></description>

Each artist has 2pp of essays and photographs of the works submitted and there are 24 small colour images of the various works. this was the first and only time there had been an all woman shortlist for the prize - with Christine Borland, Angela Bulloch and Cornelia Parker joining Wearing as competitors. Very good although slightly former price label stain on front cover which could be removed with care.</p>]]></description>
