Alba: Laboratorio Sperimentale Del Movimento Internazionale Per Una " Bauhaus Immaginista", 1956 14.5 x 22.8cm, black and green offset letterhead created for the vastly important "First World Congress of Free Artists" which brought together Enrico Baj, Jacques Calonne, Constant, Giuseppe Pinot Gallizio, Asger Jorn, Piero Simondo, Ettore Sottsass Jr, Elena Verrone (from the International Movement for an Imaginist Bauhaus), Gil J. Wolman (from the Lettrist International/Potlatch), Sandro Cherchi, Franco Garelli , Jan Kotik, Pravoslav Rada (Czechoslovakia), Charles Estienne, and Klaus Fischer to discuss joint projects. The importance of this meeting cannot be underwritten - it brought together many of the main currents of the European International Avant Garde and laid the foundations for the eventual formation of the International Situationists. Amsterdam: the artist, 1965-66. A single issue of the last of four famous broadsides, uniformly 52 x 35cm. 8pp. B/w and colour diagrammatic and figurative illustrations. Folded tabloid self-wrappers. A single number (of four published) of the Situationist engaging polemical newspaper. Solely devoted to the artist's new urbanist strategies and projects. Texts and images by Constant this issue includes a full-color map of the artist's New Babylon Town. All issues formerly folded, else a fine trio of these important self-documents. Scarce.

Exhibition catalogue documenting the production of the very rare artists' book / portfolio publication from 1952 (the title Het uitzicht van de duif translates as the 'View of the Dove') of which only 129 were originally published. This catalogue reproduces all of the folios in colour with annotations and an essay. One paper scuff on pictorial front covers (0.6cm dia.) otherwise very good.

Exhibition catalogue with a text by Jos de Gruyter, H. van Haaren and the artist himself. Very good example of a very scarce book - one diagonal former crease on rear wrappers.

First edition of this uncommon catalogue detailing (then) recent ideographic pieces by the artist and erstwhile utopian urban planner. This example signed by Constant. Fine estate.
