29.2 × 58.4cm, full colour exhibition poster with one work in colour on the inside and on the other gallery detail. This was one of Stella's earliest solo shows and the second only at Castelli (who gave him his first ever one man show). Folded and mailed with frank but otherwise VG+/. Very hard to find and rather beautiful.

Full colour exhibition handout for the Stella exhibition with a short essay by Jill Dawsey and eight full colour reproductions after works from the different periods of Stella's practice. Perhaps even before Tuttle, Stella is the one abstract artist of whom one can gain most aesthetic pleasure from the organised chaos. Fine.

Milano: BMW Italia, 1980 30.5 x 22.4cm, outer printed folder with tipped on envelope on inside cover and tipped on 30 x 21cm, 24pp (plus card cover) press release document for this commercially inspired release of four artist painted BMW cars by Warhol, Stella, Lichtenstein and Calder. In the envelope there are two offset b/w images of the Palazzo Grassi building where the exhibition of the cars took place and four original b/w photographs - each 17.5 x 24cm - of the cards. SLight grubbiness to the white folders but photos are in VG++ condition. Very scarce.

22 x28cm, 16pp, original grey wrappers. A catalogue of print multiples available from one of the foremost publishers of pop and conceptual art masters. Forty-five prints are reproduced although only Daphinis' is in colour. Very good.

29 x 26cm, unpaginated (56pp) plus card covers. Exhibition catalogue and prospectus for the suite of 12 ornate large scale lithographs/etchings and silkscreens all with hand additions and most with die cut- collage elements. Stella's abstract works here are inspired by the earlier gouache works by El Lissitsky and are glorious clashes of colour which float amidst a war between fluid, irregular and hard-edged shapes. The artist's various print techniques are listed in great detail for each of the works. VG although a couple of small rubs to the deep purple/blue card covers.
