Stockholm: Galleri Hedenius, 1967 15.5 x 10.4 x 2cm with card closer and metal rivet content of 30 1pp and 2pp inserts (various sizes). Exhibition catalogue but designed by Dietmann simultaneously making it an artist's book. The inserts are b/w photographs mostly of sculptures or from performances by the artist, various concrete poems as well as quotations or epigrams including leafs by Robert Filliou, George Brecht, Emmett Williams, D. C. Bidlake, and Thomas Tidhelm. Some if the inserts have small closed tears but are overall VG+ and the external shipping box is VG with stains and damage from the postal service. The box was sent originally to Hubert Peeters of Brugge and was possibly hand addressed by Dietmann. Scarce.

Lists many well known names such as Ay-o, Al Hansen, Joe Jones, Takehisa Kosugi, Nam June Paik, La Monte Young, Carolee Schneemann, Lil Picard, Giuseppe Chiari, Geoffrey Hendricks, Joseph Beuys, John Cage, George Brecht, Dick Higgins, Yoko Ono, Ben Patterson, Michael Snow, Tashi Ichiyanagi, Jud Yalkut, Bazon Brock, Tomas Schmit, Emmett Williams and many many more. Very good+. One of the scarcer posters from the event to find for some unknown reason.

ICED DICE. 1964. ‘EUROPEAN” VERSION.

Amsterdam: Fluxus/De Ridder, n.d. (1964) 28 x 18.5cm, original white envelope with tipped on black on white offset title card with Maciunas' striking if simple typography. Content of six 18 x 18cm, 2pp cards designed by Brecht and Maciunas and one 8 x 9.5cm, 1pp subscription card designed by Maciunas. All VG. The very rare "European" version of the famous Fluxus multiple - the cards were sent to Willem de Ridder directly by Maciunas and the latter assembled them into this version of the work which was then sold via De Ridder's European Mail Art organisation. Complete in this form - all copies of ICED DICE are rare. The condition here is VG++.

V TRE. 1963. FIRST MENTION OF “V TRE” – PRECURSOR TO MACIUNAS’ FLUXUS JOURNAL.

NYC: s.p. (Brecht), 1963 32.5 x 25cm, 2pp, Black on cream paper. The very first mention of "V TRE" - a name apparently appropriated from a broken neon sign - which Brecht published a year before Maciunas began the publication of the journal of the same name. Contributions from Claes Oldenburg, Ruth Krauss, Robert Morris, Heinz Gappmayr, Angus MacLise and Jackson MacLow. Brecht's design clearly was copied by/influenced Maciunas who created very similar paste ups to this item in the later journals. This is very rare and this example is in VG+ condition.

55 x 42.5cm. 4pp. Tabloid format. Printed on white stock. First edition - the first copy of v Tre (vTre) substantially designed by Maciunas rather than Brecht and included the full page poster for the Flux-Symphony Orchestra which was designed to be torn off from the newspaper and used as a wall poster. Texts include Brecht: "Something about Fluxus", a discussion between Brecht and Allen Kaprow and a text by Paik on his exhibition in the Galerie Parnass of 1963. Some minor pinholes at corners else VG+. One of the harder copies of v TRE to find.
