Berlin: Rene Block, 1969

21 x 10 x 0.5cm, cardboard die cut outside folder than stands in three-dimensions with a flap that opens to show one of the multiple works (here by Ruthenbeck) inside on a tipped on printed sheet.

This was an object multiple issued by the gallery with different artists on the inner sheet. The format of the cardboard reflected the important and large work that the gallery issued with works in a box by Joseph Beuys, Bazon Brock, Dietrich Hodicke, Imi Gliese, , Imi Knoebel, Bernd Lohaus, Konrad Lueg, Binky Palermo, Sigmar Polke, Gerhard Richter, Gerhard Ruhm, Dieter Roth, Reiner Ruthenbeck, Tomas Schmit, Wolf Vostell, Stefan Wewerka, and Wintersburger. that could be taken out one at a time on drawers. Slightly browned and flattened but with no tears - VG+. Very scarce.
