Hannover: Kestner-Gesellschaft Hannover, 1965

20.2 x 16.6, unpaginated - approx 160pp. Card covers. First edition of this extensive exhibition catalogue with a large number of works from the Zero Group reproduced in black and white and colours. The exhibition was organised just as the group ceased to exist and the intent of the organisers was to show all three artists as individuals with a nod to the recent past. Very good with extensive essays in German on Mack, Piene and Uecker. An essential period reference.

Monchengladbach: s.p. (Mack), 1967

34 x 26.4cm, unpaginated (c. 120pp) plus wrappers. A summery of the Zero artist's activities for the decade 1957 - 1967 with many b/w images and texts mostly in German . An important summary edited by the artist of his own early career at the point where the Zero group began to split up and work as solo artists. Some wear to edges and corners and spine minorly worn but else VG+. Very scarce.
