The fourth number of this important avante garde and design journal with texts and works in b/w by Vincenco Lorigo, Vordemberge-Gildewart, Georges Vantongerloo, Ruy Costa Duarte, Max Bill, Eugen Gomringer, Hanns Weissenborn, und Abbildungen von Kurt Blum, Mary Vieira, Verdemberge-Gildewart, Marcel Wyss, Georges Vantongerloo, Erwin Rehmann, Rolf Willimann, Karl Gerstner, Martin Krampen, André Piccoli, Max Bill, Richard Lippold, Ibram Lassaw, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Reg Butler, Ben Nicholson, Hans Aeschbacher, Alexander Calder, James Rosati, Hans Hofmann, Walter Zeischegg, Enio Iommi, Hans Arp, Julio Gonzales, Maria Martins, Hans Uhlmann, Antoine Pevsner, Emile Gilloli, Werner Witschi, Robert Jacobson, Josef Pillhofer, Max Schneider, René Monney, Oedoen Koch, Peter Raacke, Leon Golub, Adolf Weisskopf, Jean Georges Gisiger, Johannes Burla, André Bloc und Bernhard Luginbühl. B/w images of mostly sculptural works throughout.

This is one of only 600 journals issued. Not only is this an important publication as part of the Swiss avant garde but has a very early work by Leon Golub. There is also an interesting full page concrete poetry work by Eugen Gomringer.

The spine of this journal has several tears along the fold and needs repair although the sheet has not separated and can be opened with care. Internally this is VG+.
