<p>25.5 x 20cm, 6pp typographic design exhibition catalogue for a relatively early Appel exhibition of new paintings. There is a poem by Christopher Logue (The song of Emigration) and a short preface by Herbert Read as well as a lengthy introduction by Christian Dotremont. Nineteen works are listed from 1951 to 1956. Also mention of a second exhibition at Galerie Stadler in Paris opening just weeks after the ICA show. Minor edge wear and low levels of browning else VG+.</p>

The outer paper guards have some creases on the front and back - else Vg.</p>
