30 x 21cm, 2pp mimeograph listing the programme for this performance by Higgins - listed are THE TART with a stellar cast which includes Ay-o, Meredith Monk, Joe Jones, Kawagami and Alison Knowles as well s Philip Corner. The “properties and situations" were designed by Ay-o. After an intermission the audience watched Higgin’s Solo for Florence and Orchestra and Celestrials for Bengt af Klintberg. Al Hansen, Higgins, Knowles, Monk all performed in the latter work. One the reverse there is an extensive “BLURB” by Higgins explaining the works. Evidence of past fioldng but else VG. Rare.</p>

Standard 33rpm, LP in slipcase produced in an edition of 500 signed and numbered copies. A recording of concerts of an orchestra of instrumental automatons set in motion and then left alone: the instruments include a piano with a extended mechanical keyboard, shop-window puppets manipulated by hand, two small guitars, one shadow-object, three xylophones, four lyricas, two tambourines, four normal guitars, one large zither, two balalaikas, one sonia, and three children's guitars. Motors and gravity are the mechanisms used by Jones to make the machines work. Signed on the inner record label as issued, the cover of this LP is a silkscreen from a drawing of one of his machines by Jones. Scarce. Very good condition in slightly marked cover. </p>

<p>66 x 20.5 x 10.5cm, two part cardboard box with printed label (design originally by George Maciunas) content of a small wood, plastic and metal guitar which has a wire hanging mechanism and an attached electronic mechanism that "plays" the instrument when turned on by using a battery.</p>
<p>The machine still plays well when set up.</p>
<p>This is one of only 20 such machines issued by Jones. The multiple is accompanied by a 20.5 x 11.4cm, 4pp booklet with a printed text by Jones promising to fix the work "for the life of Joe Jones" should it break if the owner pays his travel there and back. The work is numbered 12 oout of 20 on this certificate.</p>

<p>58 x 43.5cm, 4pp broadside.  Black on light yellow paper. The sixth of the eleven issues of the official Fluxus newspaper designed by George Maciunas. This is the first of the newspaper to utilise a large number of photographs of Fluxus events including La Monte Young, Joe Jones, Chieko Shiomi, George Brecht, Robert Watts, Takehisa Kosugi, Chieko Shiomi, Phillip Corner, Hi Red Center, Alison Knowles and Ben Vautier. Internally there is a double page advert for the Perpetual Fluxfest with performances by Yoko Ono, Ay-o, Anthony cox, Walter de Maria, Joe Jones, Glue Mamma, Ben Patterson, Robert Watts and Hi Red Center.  A large photograph of the Flux Orchestra is on the back page taken at the concert in Carnegie Hall in September 1965.  Folded for mailing as usual else VG++. Very scarce.</p>
