NYC: TenDOwntown, 1970

84 x 50cm, back on white artist-designed exhibition poster for a photographic installation by Jim McWilliams aka Joe Millions (who later designed the posters for Moorman's NY Avant-Garde Festival). The cropped images on the poster were taken from a "viewing machine" much as found on tall buildings and other tourist landmarks. McWIlliams also wrote various performance pieces for Moorman including "Ice Music" and "Candy". Maciunas and McWilliams apparently did not get on so the latter was excluded from the Fluxus group despite his relationships with Moorman. There is a small tear on the left of the poster and some minor creasing at one corner else VG=. Very rare.
