N.p.: n.p., n.d. 21 x 230cm, black and white silver gelatine photograph from original negative showing Jack Smith, Barbara Rubin & Jonas Mekas at the Filmmakers' Cinematheque in 1967 This image was originally taken by Fred McDarrah and his estate retains copyright on the image so this is sold for personal use and not for reproduction. This is in very good condition and a crisp modern print (post 1990s we suspect) from original negative. If this was a vintage print we would charge much more.

Here are Toshi Ichiyanagi, Dick Higgins, Joe Jones, Alison Knowles, Kosugi, George Maciunas, Jonas Mekas, Ben Patterson, Thomas Schmit, Yasunao Tone, Ben Vautier, Robert Watts, Emmett Williams, La Monte Young, Stanley Brouwn, Philip Corner and Dieter Rot. All VG+ although some minor browning on some of the cards. Very scarce. Price for all 17 cards as a group.

NYC: Film-Makers’ Fund, 1967 56 x 40cm, orange and black on white offset lithographic poster for this film about Lenny Bruce's life and work - the event hosted by independent filmmaker Jonas Mekas as a fundraiser for the Film-Makers’ Fund, established by Mekas’ organisation the Film-Makers Cinemateque. Bruce had died only the year before. This film was the first ever to show a complete documentary of a comedy night club performance by a comedian. VG+ condition.

NYC: Film-Makers’ Fund, 1967 56 x 44.5cm, b/w offset lithographic poster for this film about Lenny Bruce's life and work - the event hosted by independent filmmaker Jonas Mekas as a fundraiser for the Film-Makers’ Fund, established by Mekas’ organisation the Film-Makers Cinemateque. Bruce had died only the year before. The poster was designed by George Maciunas for Mekas and has the latter's obvious typography. Very scarce. In VG+ condition.
