32 x 24.5 x 1.5cm, two part cardboard box with tipped on label content of 32 b/w offset prints (each 30 x 21cm, 1pp) all of which are based on pencil rubbings of tiles, as well a 1pp cover sheet, two paper wrappings and a card backing sheet. Additional to this box is a single 30 x 21cm, original pencil rubbing plus two small green collage elements (which has an embossed character from the rubbing method utilised) which is signed in pencil by all four artists on the back. Thirty-two different boxes were issued each containing one of the original drawings/rubbings. Fine condition and clearly unique.

COMEDIAL HARMONIES MIT TRUTSCH UND TROLL. 1989. ONE OF ONLY FORTY COPIES

A commercial ring-binder containing 15 different full-colour offset prints (each 21 x 29.8cm) recovered from the printer's reject pile because of because of registration errors and a new work jointly created by WIlliams, Heinke and Olbrich by rubber stamping reprinted pages from children's books and a colophon sheet on transparent paper. All of the pages are ring-punched as issued and kept in binders. This is one of only 40 signed and numbered copies. An unusual artist's book from the Fluxus and mail artist. Fine condition.

Belgium: Luc Fierens, 1987 - 2013

Uniformly 15 x 10cm, 16pp b/w mostly xeroxed pages, a complete run of 100 booklets plus one out of series booklet (Sehnsucht) 1991.

Feren's committed series of small edition booklets have continued the Fluxus (and mail art) spirit throughout the late 80s and 90s - each is illustrated with original contributions throughout from Ferens and others - in fact most are joint productions between the publisher and a single artist.

Notable amongst the run is Nr 14 - the 'AFTER FLUXUS' issue by Ken Friedman - which contains the text "THERE/WAS/SOMETHING BEFORE/FLUXUS/AND/THERE/WILL/BE/SOMETHING/AFTER" with one word for each page. Friedman's text was a reaction to Brecht's proposition that "Fluxus has fluxed"

Other booklets have original contributions by Robin Crozier (15) Don Boyd (24), Jurgen Olbrich (35). This complete set (as of 2001) has every copy (unusually) signed by the publisher and Fluxus artist Ferens.

The booklets are all in VG condition but the staples on the first 47 numbers have rusted heavily (poor quality of metal). The first 47 are also signed by Fierens.

Priced to reflect this flaw in the staples.
