5.5 x 8.5cm, 2pp membership card for the fictitious "Estate Residents Association" that Cauty imagined for the travelling ESTATE installation that took place in a storage container that visited several locations in Britain during the summer of 2021. VG+. Rare.

21 x 10cm, 12pp (self cover). The texts for two "Forty Second Plays". The first is "Elvis Loves Bill" where Elvis Presley meets Bill Drummond in Hackney, South London. And the second "My Old Friend" is a silent play about a canvas, an easel and darkness. The front cover is sadly a bit grubby with marks else VG.

From a theoretical unlimited edition issued as part of the Edinburgh installation of Jimmy Cauty's ESTATE "dystopian village in a storage container" but the badges were only for sale for 4 weeks and we estimate only c. 75 set were issued in total.
