Roskilde: Institut for Dansk Lydarkæologi, 2019

Standard audio 12 inch LP in printed sleeve and 24pp inserted brochure with b/w images and texts in Danish and English. The field recording and electronic piece Les Éphémères was originally commissioned by the French radio station France Musique in 1977 as 20 short 'sound images' to be transmitted between the regular programming. A finished master tape and a complete cover layout was found in Viktor’s archives after he passed away in 2013 and this LP is the first ever release in recorded format of the work. The photographs in the brochure are by Viktor and the essay is by curator Magnus Kaslov, of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Roskilde, Denmark. There is also a link to a downloadable audio file. One of 500 examples released.
