One work in colour ( La Machine a Coudre) on the front, internally gallery details. There is a hand written note in blue ink written to John Collins the photographer from Manuel Burrus else VG.

First edition of this engaging novella by Deharme, as illustrated by Fini. An unnumbered copy aside from the 990 numbered examples issued. A fine copy of this attractive work.

21.8 x 14.5cm, 32pp. Original printed salmon wrappers. 8 full-page reproductions of paintings by Fini, including a portrait of the author. First edition of this study of Fini's works by Genet.

Exemplary of both their friendship and aesthetic affinities. An uncommon title, which was printed at the behest of Fini herself. A very good example with some faint evidence of a previous vertical centre fold throughout.
