The introduction is by Kostelanetz and included are works by Raymond Federman, Liam O'Gallagher, Herb Lubalin, the editor, Gay Beste, Robert P. Brown, Ferdinand Kriwet, Robert Lax, Ruth Jacoby, Robert Indiana, John Hinde, Allan Kaprow, Michael Joseph Phillips, Emmet Williams, Patrick Bridgewater, Michael Heller, Tom Phillips, Edwin Morgan, Chryea, John Furnival and many others with biographical notes. This copy is from Dick Higgin's own library and has a signed dedication to Higgins from the poet and artist: &#34;For Dick, With thanks first, for letting us reprint the Cunningham-Glass + much admiration for your work. In friendship Richard Kostelanetz.&#34; Slight wear to dj but otherwise a very good and desirable association copy noting the mention of the reprint of work by Philip Glass and Merce Cunningham. A scarce book even without the dedication.</p>
