32 x 24.3 x 5cm, silkscreened wooden box with hinges and metal clasp content of 8 standard audiocassettes in plastic boxes and labels. A significant highly produced anthology of sound events created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the formation of Fluxus. Works recorded here include Marcel Alocco, Eric Andersen, Giuseppe Chiari, Henning Christiansen, Albrecht d, Jean Dupuy, Robert Filliou, Ken Friedman, Al Hansen, Dick Higgins, Ray Johnson, Joe Jones, Milan Knizak, Alison Knowles, Takesisa Kosugi, Bob Lens, George Maciunas, Richard Maxwell, Gustav Metzinger, Larry Miller, Mieko Shomi, Carolee Schneemann, Paul Sharits, Wolf Vostell and Robert Watts. There are also eight booklets - the first containing texts and images by all artists and a foreword by Jan van Toorn who published and edited the production which is 30 x 21cm, and unpaginated (c.120pp) and further booklets on Robert Filliou, Vostell, Joe Jones, Dick Higgins, Eric Andersen and Paul Sharits as well as a reprint of Henning Chistiansen' Spazio Misikale con Animali from 1984. The booklets are held in a velcro strap on one side of the box, the cassettes the other.

We understand this was one of  the 60 unnumbered copies given to the artists aside from the 200 numbered copies (the cassette inserts are in grey) which was then gifted by Al Hansen to the curator Caterina Gualco. Hansen has signed and dedicated the work to her on the inside of the large booklet.

This is in very good condition + with no obvious damage to contents or the box. There is only one other copy for sale online that we can find and it is much more expensive. Keen sought after.

21 x 15cm, 4pp. Mimeograph. A single number (nr 14) of this gallery journal "Yellow Now" which is dedicated to the work of the Fluxus affiliated artist Alocco who also was a close collaborator and friend of Ben Vautier as part of the "School of Nice". text by the artist and two reproduced drawings of the installations. VG.

27 x 21cm, printed outer folder with red rubber stamp impression content of a 27 x 21cm, 4pp offset text by Ben discussing the work of Alocco in terms of pros and cons. The centre spread displays 11 b/w image of works by Alocco. VG+.

21.2 x 16.7cm, 56pp plus white card covers with printed "TOUT"label  and hand addition by Vautier noting it was nr 8B. Bound by metal rivets. A single number of Ben's irregular journal which often differed from example to example. Pages are offset printed, or mimeographed, often with collaged elements and on different paper stock. This copy has an object multiple in the form of a white unprinted envelope which is tipped on and with the word "Ouvert/Open) below it. Inside there is nothing. There is  short article by Michael Alocco "L'oeuf a la Coque".

The book has the original rivets in place although one is slightly lose on front cover. Internally VG+. Very scarce.

21.2 x 16.7cm, 48pp plus brown paper covers with printed "TOUT" and hand addition by Vautier noting it was nr 7. Bound by metal rivets. A single number of Ben's irregular journal which often differed from example to example. Pages are offset printed, mimeographed, often with collage elements and on different paper stock. Unusually in this copy one page has the word "Devil" written by Ben in red ink in a box with below it the text: "ecrivez ici n'importe quoi" (write anything here) to make a small unique work. There is an article by Jean-Jacques Lebel "Le happening, une mise au point par J.J. Lebel" and a poem by Michael Alocco "Composition no. X"

The foreword notes only 250 copies were released - 100 in Paris, 100 in the USA and 50 in Nice. The spine of the cover has a number of closed tears but is complete and the book has the original rivets in place. Internally VG+. Very scarce.

21 x 15cm, 9pp (single sided sheets) bound with rivets within card wrappers. The front card cover has plasticised left side to stop the rivets from damaging the paper and a rubber stamped title and address. A single number of this artist's book issued by Robert Filliou and George Brecht from their shop in Villefranche-sur-mer where they sold object multiples, art and books. The covers of the books are very similar between different publications but the internal pages differ.

Here is a foreword by Alocco and an early version of "OBJET: Long poeme court a terminer chez soi de Robert Filliou" (which was republished many times by Filliou in different versions) followed by 7 pages of small b/w photographs of Ben and his shop in Nice.
