22.2 x 16cm, 1pp. Announcement leaflet printed blue on pink card with the title text and a reproduced newspaper cutting of "Margaret Mead's for Legal Pot" which was presumably regarded as positive support (from a respected academic) for marijuana and hence support for John Giorno at a time when he was being prosecuted for possession of illegal drugs. Giorno was a former associate of Andy Warhol - he was the publisher of the film Sleep - and the founder of Giorno Poetry Systems and had firm associations with the Beats. VG. Scarce.
