26.8 x 17.5cm, 4pp sheet music (composer: Max Alexys) with an original one colour lithographic cover by Rene Magritte (blue on cream) reproducing collage elements and small drawings of Bruxelles.  One small paper loss to right on both pages (1.5 x 0.7cm) both otherwise very good.
