Paris, J. De Jong, 1964

28 x 21.7cm, 220pp. (different papers internally). Original offset lithographic wrappers with a dustjacket. The fifth number from six of this English-language periodical created and edited by Jacqueline de Jong as an artistic yet unofficial contribution to the activities of the International Situationists (she had resigned from the group just prior to publishing this journal). Many of the articles follow Jorn's interest in historical Scandinavian art with many images of sculptures and architecture.

Contributions from Asgar Jorn, six different texts by Max Bucailles, Pol Bury, Peter Schatt, Jim Ryan, Karl Pelgrom, and others. IIllustrated throughout in b/w.

The text block is coming away from the wrappers but this is easly repaired with no long term damage by a re-gluing, else the outer wrappers are a little frayed with a small paper lack on the dustjacket and some chipping near margins and a tear to the dj along the front spinal fold and one former adhesive mark from a price sticker. Internally VG+.

Charleroi: Le Rouge et le Noir (17-30 Oct.), 1959

25.6 x 30cm. Single sheet (folded into four pages) printed with text by Bealu and lists of works exhibited. The uncommon catalogue/announcement for this exhibition of works by the Surrealist affiliate Bucaille. Noteworthy for the poetic text by the experimental poet and editor of Realities Secretes. Folded, else a very good example.
