Participants listed include A-yo, Bici and Geoff Hendricks, Milan Knizak, Paul Sharits, Mieko Shiomi, Ben Patterson, Ben Vautier, Bob Watts, Michael J. Allen, Danny Baumbach, J. S. Baumbach, John Benedict, Earnie Gehr, Fred Gratzon, Richard Howe, Dan Lauffer, Amos Nash, Haig Oundjuin, Martk Peltz, Tom de Pew, Gunthan Rooda, Michael Singer, Charles Strouchler and others. Poster folded three times. Minor creasing, some browning along folds, else a clean copy.

21 x 30cm, 16pp stapled offset b/w programme for the 1980 show. The programme notes a huge number of participants exhibiting art at the New York's Passenger Ship Terminal including Eric Andersen, Ay-o, John Cage, Christo, Philip Corner, Yoko Ono, Ben Patterson, Knud Petersen, Otto Piene, Klaus Groh, Geoffrey Hendricks, Ray Johnson, Milan Knizak, Alison Knowles, Richard Kostelanetz, Takehisa Kosugi, Carolee Schneemann, Mieko Shiomi, Ben Vautier and details of a "Group Hologram Show" and a "Group Audio Show" which included David Tudor, John Giorno, Takehisa Kosugi, Yoshi Wada and others.

Also there was "Six Sure Cycles of Poetry Performances" which included Jackson Mac Low and Opal L. Nations, and "Two Continuous 12 =-Hour Video Tape Shows" which included works by Jeff Byrd, Nancy Holt, Nam June Paik with Charlotte Moorman (Guadalcanal Requiem), Shigeko Kubota, and Les Levine.

These are just a percentage of the huge number of artists who were involved in the Festival and one has to be impressed by Moorman's organisation of such an event. VG+.

33 x 24cm, outer card envelope with printed label which is numbered by hand in pencil. Content of another 28 x 21.5cm, pink envelope with printed label which is signed and also numbered by hand in ink.

Inside the envelope there are there 13 different leaflets with the invitation texts sent to artists who took part in the 9 different Spatial Poem events. The leaflets (including one printed acetate) are mostly a collection of 8 originals that Shiomi had retained and the remaining 5 are later copies made from originals on similar paper to the first printings.

One of only 23 copies. Individually the leaflets would cost more if broken up and sold invidually but this edition is complete and in VG+ condition. Scarce.
