<p class="p1">21 x 16cm, 4pp poetry broadside - the first printing of this republican war poem written by the poetess-activist and owner of the Hours Press. Cunard collected early black writings and scandalised the bourgeoisie by her regular relationships with black men many years before the ending of segregation. One of only 250 copies published - it is in near fine condition with some previous minor creasing which has been flattened out. Scarce.</p>
