21 x 9, 6pp black and red on white and gray with tipped on title label - internally there are 6 reproduced posters in b/w - two each from Alechinsky, Bury and Francois. The leaflet offers the works for the some of 150 Belgium francs for unsigned examples, and 3,000 BF for the entire portfolio offered in 90 examples - each signed and numbered. One brown line on the front of the leaflet else VG.

The card folder has faux leather covers and red and gold gilt lettering.

A very good example of an interesting documentation.

Four numbers, uniformly 27 x 21cm, 88pp, 96pp, 108pp and 132pp respectively. The penultimate surrealist journal which received Breton's approval (and arguably the last as  L'Archibras was published posthumously to Breton despite the latter's assent to the publication). Contributors include Alechinsky, Auduin, Benayoun, Bedouin, Dax, Ivsec, Luca, Mansour (the contributions), Mayoux, Nouge, Svanberg amongst others. Illustrated throughout in b/w by the likes of Toyen, Parent, Camancho, Klapheck and others. All in very good condition although nr 6 has some minor chipping to the wrappers.

Price is for all four numbers - we may sell individual numbers from the set do enquire.

One of 250 examples, inclusive of an intriguing signed and numbered original graphic with Egyptian overtones by the author/artist of whom her Northern Af rican origins are oft overlooked. A close to fine example in like publisher's Card slipcase. Scarce.<br />
