Rist's (and Pius Tschumi's) photographs and video stills of Japan are reproduced as a series of unrelated, garish images. The deliberately obtuse translations of titles and a song-text by Rist and Anders Guggisberg adds to the sense of mystery. A wonderful publication and object multiple from Rist's Super-Subjective installation - this copy from the (theoretical) unlimited edition aside from the 30 signed and numbered copies but still very scarce. Fine condition.
