21.8 x 15.4cm slipcase content of a folded 48 x 48cm printed full colour silkscreened pillow case and a 21 x 15cm (folded size) 14pp full colour leporello-style artists' book. Rist's (and Pius Tschumi's) photographs and video stills of Japan are reproduced as a series of unrelated, garish images. The deliberately obtuse translations of titles and a song-text by Rist and Anders Guggisberg adds to the sense of mystery. A wonderful publication and object multiple from Rist's  Super-Subjective installation - this copy from the (theoretical) unlimited edition aside from the 30 signed and numbered copies but still very scarce. Fine condition.
