32 x 23.5cm, 2pp full colour announcement leaflet/small poster - verso the same image as used on the original film poster , recto: a resume of the original film and false critical statements about it. The leaflet was publicity for the Situationist's experimental film which simply showed the Hong Kong original with the sound removed and Vienet's dubbed voice over laying political texts and obtuse sub-titles (in French). The entire appropriation being a experiment in cinematic detournment. Fine.

Very large - 160 x 120cm - full colour film poster as designed by Vienet with an appropriated image of a Kung Fu fight scene and the title text. The entire poster was the publicity for the Situationist's experimental film which simply showed the Hong Kong original with the sound removed and Vienet's dubbed voice over laying political texts and obtuse sub-titles (in French). The entire appropriation being an experiment in cinematic detournment. Folded for storage and with three tears/holes at the cross folds in three places (See photographs) but otherwise VG.

Priced to reflect minor damage.

This scarce first edition of this insider's account of the efforts of the 'Enrage' and Situationist groups during the revolutionary events of May, '68 (Paris). Replete with numerous reproductions of tracts, wall graffiti, telegrams, photos and detourned comics. A close to fine example of this excellent resource document.
