30 x 21cm, black and white silver gelatine photograph from original negative taken at the press conference for Billy Kluver's 9 Evenings initiative where he attempted to include scientists and engineers in the arts to inform artists of new available technologies. John Cage is speaking and one can identify Billy Kluver, Öyvind Fahlström, Lucinda Childs, David Tudor, Yvonne Rainer, Robert Rauschenberg at the top table amongst others.

This image was originally taken by Fred McDarrah and his estate retains copyright on the image so this is sold for personal use and not for reproduction. This is in very good condition and a crisp modern print (post 1990s we suspect) from original negative. If this was a vintage print we would charge much more.

30 x 25,5 x 7cm, unpaginated (appr. 250 pp). Transparent plastic covers, plexiglass spine, the all bound with metal screws. Texts throughout in both German and English by Evelyn Weiss. The all encompassing exhibition catalogue which accompanied the famous exhibition of "Art of the Sixties" from the Ludwig collection.

Printed on styrofoam and brown wrapping papers with full colour plates tipped on and with b/w portraits of the artists printed on transparent foiles, this is the scarce second edition (the first is very rare) amongst the five different editions issued during the run of the show, each of which was extended and increased in size.

The artists featured cover the entire range of pop art and include J. Albers, J. Beuys, Cy Twombly, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Rauschenberg, Jim Dine, Allen Jones, Lucia Fontana, Jasper Johns, Yves Klein, Donald Judd, Gerhard Richter, et al.

This is a tour-de-force of book art as designed by Wolf Vostell. This copy is in near fine condition and is scarce as the second edition (as noted above the first is extremely scarce and the three other editions after this one much less so). A lovely item indeed.

30 x 24.8cm, 2pp four colour offset photolithograph showing a work by the American Pop Artist - issued as part of the series "I CINQUE SENSI". One of 5,000 numbered copies (on the reverse) which was also produced for Bolaffi's magazine cover. This is signed by the artist using a blue rubber stamp impression of his signature below right while on the left is the blind stamp of the publisher, overleaf a short text has the stamped number. VG+.

10.5 x 15cm, 1pp typographic design listing the 60 artists represented by the gallery. Verso blank and unposted. Sadly someone has made a small sketch on the front in blue ink. Priced thus.

21 x 10cm, 2pp typographic design announcement card with one b/w image of a work ("John (Ruminations" from 1999) on reverse with gallery details. VG+.

84 x 59.5 cm colour offset lithographic poster. Image is of a Rauschenberg sculpture - Odalisque from 1998. Handsigned by the artist in felt tip pen clearly across the bottom of the poster. Very slight handling creases and a couple of small surface scuffs (see image) including top left. Else VG.

98 x 72cm, full colour offset exhibition poster designed by Rauschenberg. Very boldly signed along the bottom of the poster in blue felt tipped ink. Very minor soft handling creases else VG+.

9 x 19.8cm, 1pp red and blue silkscreen on thick packing cardboard. The announcement card for a solo show by the abstract expressionist/pop artist. A mailed example with typed label and stamps and franking impressions - VG+.

38.5 x 41cm, orange and blue screenprint on white cloth handkerchief designed by Rauschenberg.
The announcement for Rauschenberg's exhibition Hoarfrost at Venice Beach issued in the form of an object multiple. Folded for storage else VG+. Scarce.

17 x 16.8cm, 6pp announcement card with two colour images of the installation and another of the artist in the space plus minimal gallery details. VG+.
