Over the five sheets Sarenco has written the text "LA D.C. SI MA CONTRO POESIA" which relates to the right wing party Democrazia Cristiania which Sarenco as a long-time communist party member opposed. His attack on the D.C. indicates that they are against poetry - which should be enough to end any support for their repulsive views.

Sarenco was an active visual, sound and concrete poet as well as being the editor of Lotta Poetica, the Brescia art magazine.

Each shit is signed and dated "1970 - 1979" by the artist in black felt tipped pen ink. Slight browning to a couple of sheets and minor handling creases and bumps but overall VG.

As far as we know an unique work by the artist.
