London: Faber and Faber, 1930.

22 x 14.5cm, 20pp plus original light blue-grey paper-covered boards. First Edition of this poem with Drawings by E. McKnight Kauffer issued as No. 29 in the "Ariel Poems" series; 2,000 regular (smaller and unsigned) copies were issued about a week earlier but this copy is one of only 400 signed and numbered copies. The two drawings have surrealist /cubist tendencies and are excellent examples of English avant garde art of the period. Very good + condition with only minor wear at the ridge of the narrow spine. Scarce.
