17.5 x 11cm, unpaginated (c. 120pp) plus card covers. First edition of this photobook by Stokes which uses the book format to create mini narritives eg a piece of toast being buttered and covered in jam or a wall being plastered - each page showing part of the process. This might be regarded as a British hommage to Ed Ruscha's cheap photobooks.

The glue for the perfect binding is weakening after 50 years and a small section needs regluing at the front else VG. The back cover has the original 50p rubber stamp black ink impression to show the price.
