27 x 20cm, 1pp. Mimeographed. Original street event leaflet by Kudo with instructions on how to make "Bottled humanism"; and "Instant Sperm" and their method of use. The texts are in English:

"Instant sperm excels in efficiency and portability. You can put it in your bag or pocket and use it when you need. Don't be attached to original sperm you must make use of Instant Sperm positively because beside it excels in efficiency at all case, it contributes for reconstruction of your thought according as you are used to use Instant Sperm".

Folded twice for storage and there are small tears along the fold lines and the paper is somewhat browned but overall VG. Exceptionally rare if somewhat fragile document.
