This long term project by Rollins was one of the first social engagement artworks. A mailed copy to the conceptual artist James Collins with address label and frankings verso, sadly folded from the postal process on the front else VG+.

Exhibition catalogue for this show of social engagement art - which intended to create a "architectural drawings, concepts, and correspondence between the artists, on ideas for their proposed South Bronx Academy of Art." K.O.S. stands for Kids Of Survival where the artist worked with younger people who came from lower income areas - Rollins was one of the very first artists who could be labelled as working in "social engagement".
