There is a certain amount of gloating inside these pages at the failure of the council-backed and, hence, better funded event. Texts by Kelly on Mayakovsky and poems by Ulli McCarthy and Michael McClure. Some slight yellowing to some pages and the oversize internal pages have minor dog ends to the corners at the top of the publication where the card has not protected them else VG. The design by the way is very reminiscent to that of Jeff Nuttall's regular publications of that time but there is no direct evidence of his involvement in this item.
