One one side is the concert details and on the other details of each performance on each of the three days. On the 26th Joe Jones performed a musical work. On the 27th, various artists performed including Alocco, Ben, Brecht, Hansen, Higgins, Jones, Knowles, Kosugi, Maciunas, Marchetti, La Monte Young, Nam June Paik, Oldenbourg sic. (Oldenburg), Patterson, Schmit, Shiomi, Watts. The last day had event by Boetti, Vautier, Simonetti and Diacono.

VG+ condition although one of the serrations has slight come apart.
