Ingatestone: OU (Chopin), 1974

15.5 x 24cm, unpaginated (c. 160pp). Original card covers. The text by Burroughs is a reworking of an Egyptian hieroglyphic which is illustrated with line drawings by Gale. The foreword are thoughts on pictorial language by the writer. There are French and Dutch translations of the texts also.

This is an unnumbered and unsigned example - only 400 in total being released by Chopin's Ou Editions, fifty of which were signed by Burroughs. It is a very scare book not being an official release. VG+ condition.

. Ed./Druk: 1e druk. Papieren omslag. One of 50 numbered and signed copies. Unusual Burroughs edition. Contains the text in English, French and Dutch. This edition was never officially issued, but consists of 350 'common' copies, and 50 deluxe-copies on Holland van Gelder, numbered I to L. These deluxe-copies were all signed by Burroughs in colophon. Cond./Kwaliteit: Goed.

NYC: Giorno Poetry Systems, 1981
Two separate, standard audio cassettes in plastic cases and with printed inserts. Both volumes of this collaboration by Laurie Anderson, John Giorno and William S. Burroughs, recorded during their "Red Night" spoken word tour of 1981. Anderson's material mostly came from her performance piece, United States and this was Anderson's first substantial audio release before her 1982 first full solo album. There was also an LP release of this work in the same year. Very good example of this important recording although one of the vintage, transparent cassette boxes is slightly cracked. Rare.
