15 x 10cm appropriated postcard of a 1950s "bathing beauty": a typical choice of card sent to friends by the well known Fluxus artist Schwippers during the 70s - that of a "lovely lady" (to be said with no irony hard as that is).

Signed verso in full in blue ink - very neatly at the bottom with no other text as usual in such postings. Addressed in Schwipper's' hand and stamped but seemingly not mailed. Such dissemination of postal beauty was part of the artist's humorous approach to life. Fine.

Amsterdam: Museum Fodor, 1962

22 x 19cm, folded single sheet which opens to 44 x 57cm. Exhibition catalogue designed by Wim Wandel for this early Schippers exhibition with van Elk and contains a text in Dutch where the former explains his concept of 'adynamic art' - essentially a temporary interference in normal living eg making it hard to enter a building, making holes in the street and on pavement to disrupt traffic, exhibiting bad smells alongside fresh air. The comparison with Vostellian de/collage is interesting. Ten works reproduced in b/w and colour. Fine.

Amsterdam: Museum Fodor, 1963

100 x 72cm b/w exhibition artist designed poster from the Fluxus artist with a drawing by him in b/w .

Sadly ripped top left and with various creases but rare nonetheless. During this exhibition Schippers created his so-called second "salt-room" (a glass enclosed room filled with splintered glass and the Fluxarian (as both composer and conceptualist) subsequently termed his works (collectively) "adynamical".

This installation represented an extreme manifestation, thus. Important documentation but priced thus due to condition.
