50.8 x 60.8 cm black and white photograph taken by Zoa (Brigitte Muller-Fehn) of the artist during his Kassel aktion when he melted down a golden crown (representative of the old order) and transformed it into a golden hare and a sun sphere. The resultant sculpture was later sold to raise funds for the 7,000 Oaks project. Hand signed by both Beuys (who has added "fur Elke" also in pencil) and Zoa - this is one of a very few artist's proofs aside from the edition of only 33 copies. Very good condition. Rare. Schellmann 404 .<BR><BR>
