Two of the sheets are appropriated images of 1980s “escort” cards found in a British artist’s archive after his death.
One of the cards (the Massage card) is exactly as it was found: Alan Smithee recognised that the rose on it had been copied from the 1980s Labour Party logo.
He added the Conservative Party logo from the same time to the other card (Experienced Mistress) and had both cards reprinted.
An edition of only 50 examples – all initialled by Smithee.
